Todd - You are teaching the boys (my grandkids) how to be the best they can be and that anything is possibe and to follow their dreams. I see they honor and respect you as a coach and that you are an inspiration and role model for them. You have had great influence toward the shaping of their character. It will be interesting to see 50 years from now when they reflest upon some of the influencial people in their life; I know you will be on their list. Granny Dorothy

Wuolle
Well, the Wuolle family is not at all surprised to see Todd and his wonderful wife, Michelle, so involved with swimming. Todd has influenced many, many swimmers over the years, including many, many from the B.C. Okanagan. He had a profound impact on our family's life and was a ROLE MODEL for our second son who has diabetes. He helped our son realize all things are possible. He is now coaching swimming too. Our daughter, swimming at Westerns this weekend for SFU, was just thrilled to find out Todd is coaching again. He also supported our first son in his efforts and he is swimming at the CIS Nationals this weekend for UBC. That being said, Todd is loved by all the swimmers and treats them all fairly and they all feel important when with him. HE DESERVES TO WIN THIS AWARD.

So pretty much, Todd has motivated me to not only be a better swimmer, but to be a better person in every aspect of my life. My swimming skills have improved majorly since I have been with the team. He has motivated me to be a better person in a handful of different ways. He encourages us to make goals. He knows what my potential is and if my goals aren't high enough, he will change then because he knows me better than i know myself. He always tells me to go hard... like really hard so i want to barf. He knows what i can do and wants me to achieve it. I really appreciate everything he does for me. I always look forward to swimming! go Todd!
