Todd came to the Stingrays last season and has turn the club around. We are gathering trophies at nearly every swim meet. He is dedicated and is great fun to be around which makes the kids repect him more.

We are new to the club this year. My three kids really think a lot of their coach. He is a charismatic leader. He encourages everyone to be the best that they can be. We're proud to be in a club led by such an inspiring person.

Todd is wonderful coach and person. He is proud of his swimmer achievements in the water. But he is also proud when they make achievements in their personal lives as well. Whether it is great marks at school, or getting their first job or their first car. You can always see how proud he is of each of his swimmers in his smile when he hears of their other achievements.

All I can say is that we have the best coach ever. He knows how to make the kids work hard and have fun at the same time. We have a vision with our club for our kids to reach national and international levels. This is a 5-year vision. Well currently we have a couple of our swimmers as Olympic hopefuls for 2012. We have swimmers that are in the top 5 in the country. This has only been accomplised since Todd started with us in 2008. Even though the swimmers do all the hard work they got here because they have Todd believe in them and make them believe in them-selves. I have been with the club for 6 years and see a huge change in the energy we have since Todd started. A good coach knows how to help athletes reach their goals. A great coach helps athletes surpass their own expections and goals and that's exactly what Todd has done. GO TODD

Well Todd, here we are at the end of the MVC competition. This was an amazing experence for you and the club. You have the support from us all and we are very proud of you and all your accomplishments. You have been a huge inspiration for me, my family and the club. I am very proud to be a member of this little Stingrays organization that has a huge heart because of people like yourself. You are the most valuable coach. Thank you Todd!

Wow Todd, it has been quite a journey. You have been with the contest since the very beginning. You have had the support of an entire community through it all. Especially St. Paul's Academy in Okotoks. The principal, Mr. Pacione and all of the teacher's and students have been amazing. You have had a profound influence on the whole community and it supports you 100%. Even Calgary came to know what an amazing coach our little swim team has, thanks to Global News. It has been a great experience for the entire team. We are all so grateful that we got a chance to let you know how much we think of you Todd and how lucky we are to have such an awesome coach as a mentor to our children. Thank you, Thank you Todd!

As another swimmer, I know that the foothills swim association is a great team. Great team's start with great coaches, which is why I voted for Todd

Success isn't something that just happens. It is learned, it is practiced and then it is SHARED. This is the reason why Todd should be named "Most Valuable Coach". He is a natural leader who guides his team by example. This in turn gives his athletes the qualities, attributes and tools THEY need to succeed! People who coach are "community heroes" for the positive impact and influence they have in the lives of our youth. Todd is no exception. He is truly worthy of this honour.
